Tasks:

-Building/Maintaining relationships with clients who are multinational and local corporate in order to facilitate smooth transaction executions

-Executing corporate finance transactions (e.g. Merger & Acquisition, direct investment strategic advisory, asset/company valuation, financial structuring/management advisory, etc).

Requirements:

-Vietnamese, aged between 28 to 32

-Mature personality, good interpersonal skills, business mindedness

-A pro-active self-starter who can operate both independently and as part of a team

-High level of English proficiency (both speaking and writing), report writing and presentation skills.

-Tertiary or post-graduate education in Business Administration or Finance and Banking.

-Ability to perform industry/market analysis by conducting desk and field (i.e. interviews) researches

-Ability to perform company financial analysis, dual knowledge/understanding on international and Vietnamese accounting standards.

-3 year or longer working experience in Corporate Banking, Project Finance or Fund Management in Vietnam.

-Comprehensive understanding/knowledge of the business environment in Vietnam (legal corporate and investment framework, knowledge/interest in a wide range of industries, local government agencies, community organizations, local priorities, opportunities …) being a plus.
