Main task:
Identify and develop business opportunities in the service areas of Company (e.g. business/investment strategic advisory,company valuation, financial structuring/management advisory, etc).
Building/Maintaining relationships with clients who are multinational and local
corporate to facilitate smooth transaction executions
Participating in the structuring and assessment of projects under clients’ advisory
mandates (including building business plans, financial plans, debt raising,licensing, etc)
Requirements:
-Vietnamese, 30 – 35 years old
-Tertiary or professional education in Business Administration or Finance and
Banking are required
-Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in both
Vietnamese and English
-A pro-active self-starter who can operate both independently and as part of a team
-Comprehensive understanding/knowledge of the business environment in
Vietnam (legal corporate and investment framework, knowledge/interest in a wide
range of industries, business acumen)
-High commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skill and a record of confidence
dealing with clients at all levels through to decision makers.
-Willing to travel
-Minimum 5 years or longer working experience in a relationship management
role and Corporate Banking, Project Finance or Fund Management in Vietnam being a plus.
