Primary Purpose and Scope
· Ensuring that FG-stocks are kept and handled in adherence to Company and customer regulations and recommendations.
· Managing and ensuring effective receiving and dispatch stocks
· The position is also responsible for allocating all resources, including equipment, facilities and employees, as well as acting as the focal point for communication between Company, customer, unions, employees and contractors. The Warehouse Manager establishes and maintains efficient and cost effective warehouse teams to ensure that the Company contracted outcomes are achieved in the timeliest, efficient and cost effective manner to both Company and the customer contract.
Operation
- Ensure proper handling and appropriate housekeeping of all products.
- Monitors personnel, warehouse and equipment condition and provide timely and accurate information to other departments in order to achieve a conductive safe and productive warehouse operations.
- Monitors system functions of Warehouse Management
- Ensures that all completed orders should be picked on time.
- Ensures that loading of stocks to the trucks of accredited forwarders are properly monitored, within company standard and compliance with company policy.
- Monitors WH operation performance
- Ensures proper recording and reporting system
- Ensures flow of information within the department and recommends necessary changes and plan of actions on all warehouse functions
Safety
- -Ensures staffs must comply safety regulation
-Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement the Occupational health & safety Policy, health and safety procedures and legislative requirements.
-Monitor and supervise the health and safety through formal participation in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Planning, workplace inspections and informally through work site visits and discussions with staff.
- -Participate in the resolution of all safety issues
-Ensure all employees/contractors are inducted and receive regular training s required to perform their job safely.
People
- -Monitors and periodic evaluates personnel performance based on company standards and establish productive and efficiency measures.
- -Ensures appropriate and consistent training and enhancement of skills and work behavior of all personnel in order to maintain an efficient and motivated and committed work team.
- -Set up training needs in team
- -mprove skills and effectiveness through feedback mentoring, coaching the provision of development opportunities and identification of potential of others
- -Developing own potential and that of the personnel working in the warehouse to ensure effective succession planning.
- -Acting in accordance with corporate values and ensuring other Company employees do the same.
- -Hold weekly tool box meetings with all employees reinforcing time keeping, tasking requirements, safety matters and other client and / or Company specific matter

Qualifications and Experience

University
Detailed knowledge of logistics management, good in computer skill, basic financial
planning, good in reporting practices
Language: Good in English
Work Experience: 3 years

Sex: Female or male
Age: >32
Other requirements (if any): SAP system, living in Binh Duong is preferable
